Mascheroni Store provides you for FREE, for any order, a wide range of services that you can manage directly from your smartphone. On the day of delivery of the package you will recive an SMS containing a link. By clicking on this link you will be able to access the following services:

CHANGE OF DELIVERY DATE: you have the possibility to postpone the delivery of the goods up to a maximum of seven days.

DELIVERY TO THE NEAREST HOUSE: you can have your products delivered to a neighbor. The courier can deliver your goods up to a maximum of two street numbers away.

WITHDRAWAL IN WAREHOUSE: you can pick up the goods at the nearest DHL warehouse.

ADDRESS CHANGE: you can change the delivery address as you like without changing the destination country.

DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE: the package will be left in front of the door of your house and you are not obliged to sign the receipt for the goods.

STORE DEPOSIT: you can request the custody of the goods, for a maximum of 30 days, in the DHL warehouses and then have the package delivered to you upon your return.

After the package is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier in charge that will track the itinerary of your shipment, allowing you to always know where it is.
