Shipping cost are FREE in Italy for orders over 90,00 euros.
The shipping costs vary based on the weight and the size of the package starting from a minimum spending amount of € 9.00. The amount is indicated in the cart at the time of the purchase confirmation.

Mascheroni Store guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3.30 pm. For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the smaller islands, delivery may take an additional day.

ON DEMAND" SHIPPING SERVICE
Mascheroni Store offers you, for any order, a wide range of services that can be managed directly from your smartphone. On the day of delivery of the goods you will receive an SMS that allows you to access the following services:
- Change date of delivery of the goods: you have the possibility to change the date and time of delivery of the goods up to the last km that is when the courier already has the package on the van and is about to arrive at your home.
- Delivery to the neighbor: if you are not at home, following your specific request, you can arrange with a neighbor and have the goods left at his home. The courier can deliver your package up to a maximum of two street numbers away from the initially indicated destination.
- Collection of goods directly in the warehouse: you can decide to collect the ordered goods directly in the DHL warehouse nearest your home.
- Address change: you can choose to change the delivery address of the goods without changing the destination country.
- Delivery without signature: the goods can be delivered even in your absence. The courier will leave the goods on your doorstep and will not ask you to sign any receipt sheets.
- Deposit hold: you can request to store your goods at the courier's warehouse up to a maximum of 30 days and then have the package delivered to you upon your return.
THE RECIVING OF THE ORDER
After having verified the real availability of the items you ordered, your products are entrusted to the couriers: based on the destination of the package, you will receive the goods within 48/72 hours from the time of shipment.
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. All orders placed on public holidays are prepared the next working day.
SEND THE ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM YOUR HOME
You can have the package delivered where you prefer. When confirming the order, simply indicate the desired delivery address:
- At home.
- At the workplace.
- With a third person.
We kindly ask you to check some important conditions to be able to deliver to the chosen address:
- The name on the bell / intercom must correspond to the one indicated to us.
- If you request delivery from a company, we advise you to enter the company name in the field name or surname at the time of purchase, and we suggest you specify the contact person who will collect the package.
- The bell / intercom must be working.
- The street number and the shipping address required during the order must be correct and visible.
- When ordering, enter your mobile number to allow our customer service to contact you.
AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, THERE IS NO ONE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER
In case of absence, you will find a "notice of passage" in the mailbox / intercom with the references to the shipment, afterwards the courier will perform a second attempt on the day or the following day.
If this last attempt fails, the product will be placed in storage at their depots and the Mascheroni staff will contact you to arrange a new delivery and then notify the courier. If the goods are not picked up on the first or second pass of the courier, the handling and storage costs will be charged to the recipient.
